Not sure how this hotel is rated 4.7/5 in Google reviews. Personal experience : Torn bedsheets were provided. After highlighting this, there was no replacement. Shampoo and body lotions were empty. Used bottles were placed. Better go for 3 star hotel nearby, which is in vicinity (less than 100m distance) and with less price.

Good just for a sleep and for fresh up. Clean and well maintained property. The premises have ongoing construction activities. Location connectivity is good with value for money rooms.

I have stayed in this place for four nights I had received a very good gesture from all the staff of the hotels. I would like to mention one of the staff Sweta she assured me very well. And she has also taken care of me like a good friend. I will plan again to visit kochi & would like to stay in this hotel again. Thank you Zoot team.

Clean and neat rooms with all the necessary things including washed towels, shampoo/body wash, kettle and tea coffe packs. There also TV but you can watch only Surya channel(Malayalam) no other language channels are available. If we need any extra bed we can ask while booking but extra charges. And they offer Wonderla offers too

There is no 24 running hot water. Pretty small rooms that aren't regularly cleaned. There were kids running around the corridor making noise at 7am.

In case you are in cochi for short trip and have to spend night at decent place then this hotel is good. Overall they maintain good level of Cleaniness and hygiene. Breakfast is decent. Prices are very economical. Enough parking is also available.
